This study investigates the theological function of the Sinaitic revelation within the literary architecture of the Pentateuch and its reception in Pauline soteriology. Drawing on the narrative analysis of Postell, Bar, and Soref (Reading Moses, Seeing Jesus) and on the promise-plan theology of Walter C. Kaiser Jr., the essay argues that the Mosaic Law was never designed as an independent, works-based mechanism of justification.
